Motty is a member of the ACCA and joined the team after working as an assistant to the Finance Directors of a PLC listed on the London Stock Exchange specialising in property investment and construction. His areas of responsibility included preparation of consolidated accounts (for full year and half year accounts), statutory accounts for parent and subsidiaries and Corporation Tax computations and returns. His diverse role also comprised of preparing announcements / press releases to the Stock Exchange and assisting with Company Secretarial duties. He formerly managed the Service Charge department of a large privately-owned Property Investment Company with residential, commercial and mixed use properties.

In 2008, Motty graduated from University of Westminster with a degree in Property with Business. He is a keen sportsman, both playing and watching (to his wife’s’ dislike!) particularly football. He has played Sunday league football for 20 years and doesn’t plan on retiring until he lines up alongside his son in a league game… he’s only 3!
